These last few days haven’t gone well for The Wife. Like me, she’s had a hacking cough for a couple of weeks now but unlike me, hers continues to linger.

Singapore has this reputation of being squeaky clean to the point of parody. And rightly so. However, there is lots of sex to be had.

As music scenes go, Singapore barely has one.

The flight to Phuket is about one-quarter full, mostly with American backpackers, various Aussie drifters and what appears to be a Russian oligarch and his family slumming it on a discount airline.
