Slipknot One-Day Festival Cancelled

The one-day festival that Slipknot was planning to headline has officially been cancelled. The news was confirmed to Blabbermouth by a spokesperson for the band.

The event was to take place in the band’s hometown of Des Moines and feature two stages, one devoted entirely to local acts.

The September 9th festival would have coincided with the deluxe 10th anniversary release of Slipknot’s debut album.
