The Australian vocalist and multi-instrumentalist Nick Cave has done a lot so far in his career. He fronted the band The Birthday Party before forming Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds.
He’s also released solo albums and even a garage rock album with Grinderman. Cave’s music and image has likely influenced many bands, post-punk and otherwise…as well as any frontman that likes to touch on the darker side of things.
His other hobbies include painting, writing screenplays, and writing books. He came by the ExploreMusic studios to chat with Alan about his latest book, The Death of Bunny Munro

Great interview. Great event at Indigo. Thank you! Nick is an amzing artist who never gets enough attention. One of these days, someone will cover one his love songs and have a massive hit in North America with it.
