Propagandhi is the legendary Canadian punk band from the unlikeliest of places: a town called Portage La Prairie, which is about 50 miles west of Winnipeg on the trans-Canada. Mike Daly and told him to come back with an interview.

I have listened to Propagandhi for over 10 years now, and would consider myself a big fan.  The moment I found out, that I could have the opportunity to interview them, I jumped at the thought. The interview took place at the Phoenix Concert Theatre, in downtown Toronto after Propagandhi’s set (12:26am to be exact). Drummer Jord Samolesky was the representative from the band who I got to speak with… and although never confirmed…was the one who drew the shortest straw. 

We decided to do the interview outside in the loading bay, as the change room they were in was jammed up with band mates and friends (it was very hot and Jord wanted some air.)  We managed to talk about everything, ranging from cannibalism to Sidney Crosby. 

I definitely feel I gained some knowledge about the band, the causes they believe in as well as their favourite NHL hockey team.
On a side note I want to thank the members of Propagandhi for the added illustrations on my LP version of 2009′s "Supporting Caste" you guys rule!
