So if you were casting the lead role for a bio-pic about Ozzy Osbourne, whom would make the cut? Johnny Depp is a possibility (although he’s saving himself for whenever someone makes a movie about Keef Richards—and besides, he sort of did Keef as Capt. Jack all the way through the Pirates of the Caribbean movies). Ewan McGregor would be most competent—and he can sing, too.
But the final choice, I must say, is inspired: Irish Colin Farrell. According to those who know, Mr. Farrell has, in some instances, led a very similar lifestyle to Mr. Osbourne—snorting ants and biting the heads of bats, doves, etc. notwithstanding.
Apparently, though, this choice isn’t without controversy. Sharon really wanted Depp, but Ozzy fells that there’s no American alive who can do a proper Brummie accent. Read more here.

No brummie accent, but Tim DeLaughter could do Ozzy. Just listen to Tripping Daisy’s Piranha. Could work gait and loves wigs. And can sing way better than Ewan.
