I know it's a matter of personal opinion but, Jacob's Ladder has never struck me more as their ultimate song. They spoke of keyboards taking too much of a front role, at certain points during their career... maybe, but this song has the balance of the keyboards, Alex's guitar, Geddy's singing/ Neil's sharp-subtle lyrical influence, and the Rush mysticism that makes this song climb even further up my all-time all-song list to the top 5. Ironic that a band named Rush could sustain a career for longer than I have been around. I'm 38, and I made Rush...well, at least part of my life. hahahaha I still crank this one everywhere I go. thanks again Jeff!!!!!!! everything has changed for me lately, so I can't get up here too often so...... ;) good to be back! old friends, ya sheeit I almost furgot…
