Here are a couple of things you might need to know about Three Days Grace. First, they’re from Norwood, Ontario, which is a little place near Peterborough.
When they came together in 1992, they were known as Groundswell. Everyone was still in high school back then. They rehearsed and gigged as much as they could–including in the local movie theatre–before they broke up in 1995.
Then in 1997, they regrouped under the name Three Days Grace. But why that name? Singer Adam Gonthier had something rather philosophical in mind. If you had to change your life forever in just three days, could you do it? There have been three albums and a couple of EPs over six years. Hardcore fans want the first EP. It’s a selection of demos from the days before they were signed.
